Dr Perala has been my eye dr since he came to Cheyenne.. He has knowledge about my disease an takes very good care of my eyes. He is caring an I trust that he has my best interest at hand..

The staff is terrible. Not only are they rude and unhelpful, they are condescending and arrogant. I sent 15 minutes on the phone with Michelle today to figure out a charge from May and instead of telling me what it was she told me they aren't in the business of "mis-charging" patients, that Dr. Perala made note in the chart, the insurance paid end of story. My files might be different but they're wrong. This was not a matter of me disputing the charge I was only trying to make an annual appointment and was told I couldn't until after May. Not true. I then asked her to send me the bill so I could see what was paid and why, she said no. She would not do that I would have to come pick it up if wanted it. I called my insurance company and got my answer within minutes. Their job is to be helpful, be patient, and be KIND. They are not. There are plenty of other office that respect their patient although Perala is great; his staff is not worth it.

Dr.Perala is awesome! However his front end office staff is terrible, very rude, unhelpful, and you always have to wait sometimes in excess of an hour!

Dr. Perala is amazing. He is down to earth, friendly, and most of all puts patients first. This is probably why you may have to wait sometimes...so I recommend calling ahead to make sure he is on time! He is a wonderful asset to our community! Thanks Dr. Dan! You rock!
