This office is very slow and this doctor is leaving to go somewhere else and did not tell me i heard it somewhere else. Now looking for a new doctor for my foot and it is worse now than when i had surgery

The receptionist is rude and you have to wait FOREVER to be seen. They schedule WAY too many patients for the same hour. I would not recommend this practice.

Dr. Cox and his staff are first rate. The Med Tech assigned to my teen-aged son helped put him at ease and made his light surgery a quick and relatively painless experience. I forgot her name but she is an invaluable staff member with a true gift of making patients feel valued and able to relax. The only reason for the 4 was the wait time, but I assume the nature of the doctoring business is such that one little snafu sets back every appointment after it. Dr. Cox is an excellent choice in a podiatrist, and I highly recommend him.

Dr.Cox and his staff were extremely helpful and compassionate. I was seen promptly and received very knowledgeable advice concerning a persistent wound I have had trouble with for years and seen many podiatrists with no luck. With the help of Dr.Cox my foot is finally healed, I would definitely recommend him as being the best Podiatrist in the Roanoke Valley.
