I have been a patient of Dr. Benham for over 25 years. Each and every year Dr. Benham has greeted me with her electrifying and happy personality. She is always upbeat and positive! She takes her time when conducting her exams, patiently answers questions, and has helped me overcome my fear of having fingers or machines close to my eyes. Her patience is unmatched by any other medical doctor I have seen. At one point she even asked one of her staff members to help me learn how to put in contacts. It took THREE HOURS for me to overcome my fear, so I could put them in myself and the whole time her helper and Dr. Benham cheered me on that I COULD do it. Thanks to both of them, I have been happy in my contacts for the last 19 years. :) If you want an optometrist you can trust who shows compassion and kindness.
