I have only been to this office once and it was terrible. I had to wait 2 hours for my appointment. My appointment was scheduled for 2:30 and when I got to the office there were 4 patients already waiting and the office staff was still out to lunch. The office didn't open until 10 minutes after my appointment time.

While we were waiting, a drug sales rep came in and was given instant access to the doctor while all us patients waited. After 1.5 hours I asked how much longer the wait was going to be and the office staff was kinda rude. They kept telling me that it would be just a little bit longer.

The room I was taken into was not a normal exam room, but more like an office. I was asked to sit in a chair next to the doctor instead of on an exam table. The doctor is older and not very mobile. For example in order for him to listen to my lungs I had to turn around in my chair and balance on the edge so he could reach my back.

Then after all of that, they did not send my prescription over to the pharmacy. It was a very poor experience and I will be finding another doctor.

I been calling to reschedule a appointment since 8/14 they left me on hold for 20 mins I hung up because I was on my lunch. I called after work no answer I left a voice mail. I called again on 8/17 and they wouldn't answer until finally I got to someone. That person was useless no lie she left me on hold for 1 hr she didn't even tell me that she was putting me on hold. I had to call from my house phone to let them know I was on hold on my cell for more than 1 hr and she tells me that she didn't know who I was talking to and that their system was down. So I ask okay... So they couldn't get back on the line to let me know and she replies well I don't know who you were talking to and I'm doing what I have to do here with the patients. They tell me to call back on Wednesday to make a appointment. Well I'm calling and guess what they answered 2 times out of 20 calls and hung up on me, it's pathetic.

I have been seeing Dr. Perley for a little over a month you always have along wait sometimes over two hours. The staff is sub standard to say the least. I called the office all day yesterday up to six times the phone just ranged on but after five o'clock the answer machine mysteriously came on. I have been waiting for a surgical referral for over three weeks from the nurse Patty she is the worse she always says she will call you back and of course she does not. I am still waiting. These people should be ashame of their selves. And I have private insurance. I AM FINDING NEW DOCTOR. I AM NOT HAPPY AT ALL.

I will will never recommend this dr. to anyone! !!!!! This dr should retire instead of giving poor care to people. You have to wait a long time for your appointment, and when you finally get in you have to go to him for him to examine you. I think he has problems walking so he sits in a chair and doesnt move from it which tells me he doesnt wash his hands between examining patients. GROSS!!! His staff reads wrong tests results, which are important to read carefully because it dictates your plan of care, and he is not a patient advocate. You are told one thing and it gets changed at last minute and he'll give you an excuse that makes no sense whatsoever. If you have a serious condition find a more knowledgeable dr, and one who cares and will be an advocate for you.
