The Slim is an angel sent from heaven he is the most caring understanding,knowledeable Dr i know. Karen is also very nice a caring and on point with her work..

Dr Slim is a excellent physician but his office staff is terrible. Slim office staff was perfect when Salley Slims nurse and manger died in october the new staff has been bery unprofessional not returning calls and impossible to get in touch with.I am leaving his office after 8 yrs because i need a doctor that i can get intouch with and after speaking to slim severall times about his office I am forced to leaave his practice.
