I called the office to make an urgent appointment for my son. In general he is a healthy guy with exception of diabetes type 1. For a week he has been feeling no good and today his condition became worth. I called the office to make an appointment on his behalf because he was busy at work. The receptionist started asking if he has Covid-19. I told her that he took 2 tests which was negative. After she offered telemedicine but I kindly asked if the doctor can see him in person. The receptionist did not make any appointments stating that the doctor does not have any availability for 2 weeks. I reminded her that is urgent matter. She was not care about. But she told that she will talk to the doctor and call me back. I was waiting for an hour and called again the office. No one answered phone. I left a message but unfortunately nobody called me back.
It's absolutely unacceptable this kind of operation in the office of primary care physician. Why we need this doctor whom you can not see if you need her advice in case of urgent matter. I really regret that my son has not change this office before. This office works by rule: no patient no problem. Who cares if their established patient needs urgent appointment.
I do not recommend this office and never offer to my friends.

Dr Rudy’s is the best doctor and saved my mother and my husbands life!!! I can’t express the deepest gratitude I have for this amazing human being who takes the time to truly listen and takes into account the entire mind body and soul. Medical care in general has declined in quality, but with dr Rudy’s you’re getting someone who’s truly vested in healing and genuinely cares. Can’t recommend her enough and I’m blessed to have her as my family physician.

I am new to Dr. Ruddy practice and I can't believe my luck. I have neve had a doctor spend so much time with me and listen to everything I had to say. She is smart, kind,compassionate and you get the sense she really want to help you. I will def be using her as my primary care physician from now on. I can't say enough about how luck I feel that I found not only a great doctor but a great person as well.

I visit this office for few years in recent year everything changed dramatically. This is becoming the horrible place to be. Office staff rude.

Dr Rudys is the best doctor I have ever been to. She is the most intelligent, compassionate, and kindest doctor I have ever been to. She knows every area of the medicine, and also thinks "outside of the box" to help solve a medical issue. She is an allergist, internist, and pretty much knows about all the other areas, so if you have an issue, she will resolve it. Also, this is a doctor who listens, and who thinks about the entire patient. Her presence lights up a room. I am sure you will all feel the same when you see her.

Dr. Rudys and staff are, in my opinion, the best doctor's office i have been too. My family has been with her for over 10 years. I would never use anyone else. The staff is always kind and friendly.

Dr. Rudys really listens to you and also understands that food has an impact on your body. she has handled my 82 year mother with compassion and concern. She understands that my mom is quick to get stressed so handles her ailments in stages.
