Dr. Hirsch demonstrates what appears to be a personal bias towards the care of our child. We unfortunately have to have state assistance with providing MULTIPLE therapies for our Autistic child all of which are frowned down upon and typically denied from the Dr. He consistently makes it difficult at best if not outright declining signing off on simple therapies which have been diagnosed and proven from the very Occupational and Behavioral therapists that we work with WEEKLY on the health and advancement of our child. He offers up no solutions and simply provides his professional opinion which is to do nothing. Cant wait to establish a new pediatric.

Our first impression was that Dr. Hirsch was likeable and seemed like a nice guy. However, we have since learned that he is extremely conservative in his approach. When we asked him questions, his answers were very limited, and he didn't offer any more insight than what we got from the nurses or off the internet. He seems to use a shotgun approach to care rather than looking at the whole picture to make a more case specific diagnosis and our conversations often left us with more questions than answers. His fear based approach also made us anxious that something was wrong even after extensive results came up with no issue. Second and third opinions from other doctors confirmed our original instincts that it was a normal variation and finally put us at ease.

Unclear about diagnosis, and very judgemental. Never going to him again.

Best OBY/GNY ever. Dr. Hirsch has the best bed side manner. His nurse Betty was the BEST.. Her replacement is just as wonderful. He is a good listener and knows about every upcoming medical remedies in his field. Great offices. Waiting time is appropriate and truly loves what he does. Super simple down to earth and kind.

Dr. Hirsch has been my children's pediatrician for several months. He is really kind and gentle, but is definitely a scientist, not a laugh and jokes-type doctor. He engaged my children and talked about their interests and put them at ease. We have been happy with him and are glad he has joined this practice that desperately needed more docs.

Doctor Hirsch seems like a nice guy; however, he stepped into some areas that were unnecessary and were not part of the visit. He seemed a little too "by the book." He asked some questions that just did not make much sense to what was being discussed. Also 35 minutes late, however that was probably more the fault of Kaiser than him.
