I was a patient of Dr. Swartz-Williams for years. I was very happy with her care at first. She was very knowledgeable and up to date on the latest research and medical reporting. I suffer from several chronic pain conditions, and as time went on she lost her "enthusiasm" in trying to help. (I'm a very active member in my own care, highly educated, and highly motivated in my health.) As the years went by she began to overlook issues of anemia, hypothyroidism, vitamin deficiencies, etc. that could be affecting my health. I always had a great level of trust and respect for Dr. Swartz-Williams, but I decided to go elsewhere for second opinions due to issues I was finding when I reviewed my medical testing reports. Many easily corrected items should have been addressed much sooner....It would have saved me months of not feeling well.
