Dr. Frances E. Bey is by far the best dentist I have ever had. I feel so lucky to have come in contact with her. She is caring, dependable, and has never left me in pain. I have started to bring my daughter to her as well. She has even fixed problems my daughter had from another dentist. A lot of times dentists don't want to mess with another dentist's work, or worse, another dentist's mess-up. I will continue to go to Dr.Bey as long as she is practicing. I highly recommend her to anyone needing in need of a good dentist. I did not expect to find such a great person at the Flagler County Health Department. Very pleasant surprise.
