My son saw dr Nofsinger and was finally diagnosed correctly after being diagnosed wrong by three other doctors! She was very professional and realized within minutes that my son had strep and mono! Before her he was told he had a sinus infection which was totally incorrect. Thank god for her because he ended up in the hospital for three days and after antibiotics he was able to go back to his university. He still had a long road ahead for recovery but it could have been much worse.

First off, let me premise this review by stating that I work in the Medical Field and deal with patients myself. Dr. No singer was cold and robotic and did not listen to anything I had to say. Appointment felt rushed and she did not explain anything she was doing during the exam. Her go to seems to be "Allergy Testing" - You're almost guaranteed she will recommend this.

The most contentious part of the experience was the signing of the "Nasal Scope" procedure up front (prior to the exam) - At the end of the exam, I had no idea if I had been scoped - Dr. No Singer was so horrible, she didn't bother to explain what she was doing, while she rushed through the exam, launching questions at a rapid fire pace..... (Recommendation - Don't sign this document up front - $269 lesson) Ask Questions. Also be mindful of the office staff as well, they're great up until the time you start asking questions about "$269 for what? I don't know if I was scoped" - Then they break into the cynical routine . Especially look out for Vanessa; when I tried to share my experience, she did not seem concerned - It was as if this happens all the time, so she could not be bothered.

Bottom line - this entire episode could have been avoided if Dr. No Singer would have just been somewhat personable, pretended to listen, and explained herself while treating me like a person, rather than a number.

A complete misdiagnosis, labeled me as sudden hearing loss and recommended I purchase their expensive hearing aid. Went for a second opinion, where the ENT said, I did not have sudden hearing loss, changed my medication, and said in no way do I need a hearing aid. Hearing was restored in three or five day. Most disappointed in Dr. NOFSINGER.

Very nice experience all around. Helpful staff, very little wait time, on time appointment, extended interview with Dr. Nofsinger. Plenty of time to ask and have questions answered. She shared medical observations on the spot, as well as in written form - getting a copy of the written notes on exit was especially helpful. Made a plan for future tests and discussed possible treatment options. I felt good in having found this doctor. Professional, courteous, informative interaction. Highly recommended.

Finally, a doctor that listened carefully to what I had to say. For the first time in my life the doctor was typing notes into her laptop as I was speaking! I was later blown away to see these notes summarized in my bill at the end of my visit. This doctor and office has its act together. I was concerned about my throat because my dad had to have polyps removed from his vocal cords and I thought I may be having some of the symptoms he had. She didn't waste any time in realizing she needed to scope my throat. She was able to explain what she saw, what she didn't see, and how I can prevent worsening from reflux or drip. Didn't dismiss me or rush me out of the office, or hesitate to do what I wanted. Polite, respectful of my concerns, very knowledgeable and able to explain things in an understandable manner. Great doctor!
