I waited 7 weeks for an appointment with Dr. Lin. He cancelled on me a few days before saying that he is not accepting new patients. Very unprofessional.

I called in Dec 2016 for an appt. Dr Lin was my primary until 2012. He may be a decent Internist and went to the same High School as my sister. Thou his office staff and email confirmation is horrible. Called again last week for an annual physical and will PAY CASH- nope same usual behavior. I am 57 and putting them out. If Dr.Dale Matthews had not moved to Reston I would not be back at this pathetic customer service office.Who knows perhaps my Vet can handle a human physical and blood work. Why not ? This office is sad.

Dr. Lin is an absolute gem! He is a superb listener; an excellent diagnostician; and an outstanding, empathic physician. He is helpful; always returns phone calls; makes excellent referrals when necessary; and has a great sense of humor and compassion. He never hurries you. He always cares. I am lucky to have him as a doctor.

I have been going to Dr. Lin for almost 10 years. He is a great guy. He is very knowledgeable and presents a choice of more than one strategy, when there is more than one approach. He is not intimidating and has a great sense of humor. I have found the nurses to be less professional and not all of the office staff are considerate.

I saw Dr Lin for the first time on June 26, 08. He carefully listened to my description of symptoms, asked about family history and additional questions, took notes. Dr. Lin explained the possible reasons and treatment plans, made a recommendation. I felt that the choice was up to me. Did not appear to be rushed, took the time to listen and explain. I recommend this doctor.

Very knowledgeable and personable. Will hear you out and doesn't rush you out of the room as if you were a nuisance. Bedside manner is very pleasant. Office assistants and nurses are also pleasant to deal with.
