I had shoulder replacement in 2008 I couldn't raise my hand . I had surgery in 1970 in tuscaloosa from a football injury . I would recommend Dr. Cain over anyone I know . Dr. Cain had a super bedside manner and explaines every detail of the surgery . Dr. Cain and his staff are the best . Thanks no problems in ten years .

Cain performed surgery on my shoulder 3 years ago and it is worse now than ever. His response after this was brought to his attention within months of the surgery was to say that following the surgery arthritis accelerated and surgery had nothing to do with it. I said that 1. I did not have arthritic pain before but more importantly, 2. my pain was localized, and specifically not where he identified the arthritis, rather it was and is where he shaved off my bone and attached my bicep muscle. Attempts to schedule with Dr. Adkison were thwarted!

Dr cain is first class! He performed an amazing repair of fractured scapula is suffered after a bike accident. Excellent bed side manor and highly skilled surgeon. I was back playing golf 4 months after the surgery and with full use of left arm. Highly recommended!!

Dr. Cain performed surgery on my shoulder in December 2014 and I can say that now, 5 months later I have greater pain, less strength and range of motion than I did before the surgery.

Dr. Cain has performed all three of my orthopedic surgeries and did an excellent job on all. Dr. Cain is the one doctor I would recommend over all others for surgery, consulation, or any other orthopedic related issues.

He corrected a torn rotator cuff with surgery and promised I'd be at 100% in three months. He was right, and I'm glad I used him as my surgeon.
