I brought my mother to see this physician. She had unknowingly been transferred to another physician in the practice (no one mentioned this when we called to make an appointment with the seemingly wrong doctor). When I took my mother to see the doctor he made us wait for approximately two hours before deciding that he could not see her. To make an 87 year old woman with a weak heart that long for no reason is inexcusable. Even so, he did not come in himself to tell us this or talk to my mother--he sent a member of the nursing team in to tell us. I don't know what makes him think that his time is so much more valuable than ours that he can make us wait two hours without even talking to us, but we had an appointment. We're wondering if Medicare will be charged for it....
