It is nearly impossible to get an answer from the calling machine, as the staff are lazy. You can call for weeks and never get a return call.

Pleasant and caring is the how I would describe her. Thorough and personable. I really respect her as a doctor and confident I am in good hands

The doctor is always pleasant, listens to what you have to say and lets you have some input as to what the course of action will be for the problem. Sometimes there are problems with how the insurance is filed. Other than that I am pleased with her care.
