ICU attending physician who was rude and arrogant during treatment and allowed resident to speak on his behalf with some errors in dianosis which quickly were excused as "teaching hospital" mistakes...also made errors on the death certificate after admitting he did not have patient's chart with him at the time. Caused more pain delay and suffering to patient and now to the deceased family who has to wait 8-10 months to certify the change to the death certificate and wait for the insurance companies to re-evaluate.
