Dr. Pardo is a great neurologist. I started seeing him in July 2009 & after a bunch of tests later he diagnosed me with MS. The day he diagnosed me I was scared & he sat with me & my husband & did his best to console me. I have seen him every 3-4 months since then. Yes he is a very busy doctor & sometimes his office doesn't run as smoothly as some would like but I work in an office to where customers come & go & even though I try to keep that looking & running great there are just some busy days where things are chaotic so I don't hold that against Dr. Pardo's office. They give me any results I may be waiting on & call in my prescriptions which I love! Dr. Pardo stays current with MS & any drugs they have recently came out with & we talk about it. I feel extremely comfortable talking with him & trust him with keeping me as healthly as possible which he has done since I haven't relapsed since the first known time in July 2009. Overall I think anyone needing to a nuero should try him.

My husband saw Dr. Pardo in Feb. 09 for the first time. He is an excellent Doctor and was the Only Doctor in over a year of searching that was able to properly diagnose and treat him. I can't say enough for his bedside manner and the information that was given to us in each and every visit. Dr. Pardo is a very caring, concerned yet busy Dr. and you don't see much of that anymore. His office doesn't function as well as it could, but that is not why I was there, it was to see him. We are in an age where we must be our own advocate in order to get the attention we need by staff that is less than perfect. I was referred to other Doctors that he, himself used and got excellent care. I will definately travel thousands of miles to go back to him for my care.

I only saw this doctor once and that was enough for me to look for another neurologist. I waited over an hour and thirty minutes to see the Dr. Upon talking to me his bedside manner left a lot to be desired. He never once called me by my name, even though he had my chart in front of him. I described my symptoms to which he did 90% of the talking, and very little listening. Upon exiting I had to wait another 20+ minutes on my prescription and bloodwork referral. After several weeks of the medication not responding I called the office. I called to explain I was experiencing no improvement and instead of trying another drug he ordered that my dosage be increased. I called and visited the office 5 times to get my bloodwork results and never received a call. Before my next visit I had enough, went and collected my paperwork, and went back to my family physician. It was not until I spoke with my family physician that I received my bloodwork results.
