Staff was very polite and helpful. Dr Bartels was very knowledgeable and answered all me questions. Great experience.

I had a great exam done recently at this office and I thought Dr. Bartels was very thorough. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Will definetly be coming back!

I was referred to Dr. Bartels by an ophthalmologist for contact lenses to correct my diseased cornea. Dr. B took corneal maps of my eyes and designed custom contacts that got me seeing better than I have ever been able to. He is also great with my kids!

My husband and I went to him for routine eye exams. We were both rushed so quickly thru the exam. Too difficult to choose which lens put in front of our eys was the better.. asked him to slow down...he didn't. Neither one of us have ever been rushed thru an eye exam soooo quickly..My husband took his RX for new lens to another store to purchase lens. When the glasses were ready my husband put them on and was very dizzy.. turns out the lens were filled the way the script was written however the script was written wrong! My husband went back for another eye exam and took the new RX back to the store he purchased the glasses. We went back in to pick up the glasses and STILL not right. My husbands can see better thru his current glasses!! So now he refuses to go back to Dr. Bartels. So he needs to get another eye exam from a different doctor and get the glasses made up again! We hightly discourage you from going to Dr. David Bartels on Niagara Falls Blvd, Tonawanda.
