Blue Cross / Blue Shield
In my mind, I call him Captain Awesome. He is smart, aggressive, practical, a good listener, and has a sense of humor. He tells it straight. You can ask questions and be heard. And, of course, he's an amazing surgeon. I've had 3 surgeries - carpal tunnel on both hands and a trigger finger release. After one surgery, I had a lot of pain and scar tissue. Dr. Makowiec never gave up on me; he always had another solution. And now my hands feel pretty darn good.
