I saw him not by choice, but because I was admitted into the ER at Medical City in Arlington, TX so I can't speak on behalf of his personal staff or office, but do yourselves a favor and avoid this "professional" if you can. He was dismissive and did not give me the information I was desperately looking for in my situation. Unprofessional and rude to my family and me during my medical emergency. It felt as though I was bothering him for being admitted into the ER/going through something I have never experienced before...
My best attempt at some sort of explanation for his behavior was that I could have said something that didn't directly correlate with his own personal beliefs.? Not only did he continue to cut me off mid-sentence, but he was rude to my family and did not go over options with me, which I am entitled to. Rude, unprofessional, and very abrasive towards me. I don't understand where these positive reviews are coming from, must be from his own personal clinic because he didn't care to be bothered with me. Don't work in the ER then or get over the fact that not all of your patients will have the same set of values as you, and that is no reason to be so cold and unhelpful.
I'm not talking about just one visit. I spent monday-wednesday in the hospital and had to come back the following week for a post-op check-up with him. Do yourselves a favor and avoid.
