My son had a horrible bike accident, he was so scared that this turned out to be such a serious injury. He was only 11, and Dr. Chavez explained everything to him honestly. She took her time, and joked around with him. She put him at ease, and in turn, put me at ease with what she was doing. I would strongly recommend Dr. Chavez, she is sincere and is conservative in her approach to the best medical care for the patient. For this, we are most grateful. My son was seen frequently so that she could assess the progress of treatment (jaw joint was broken). In addition, instructed our ortho to do work in a proactive attempt to prevent my sons jaw from being wired shut. She is methodical and truly cares about her patients.

I chose Dr. Julie Chavez after reading online reviews of various doctors in my area. Dr. Chavez takes as much time as is needed to explain things and present all available options with no pressure. I didn't have to take any drugs other than a prescription ibuprofen and the pain factor was as good as I could have hoped for. I couldn't be more pleased and would highly recommend Dr. Julie Chavez to any of my family and friends.
