Terrible waits. I missed my daughter's appointment and next available was over a month away. Would not extend her prescription without an appointment but would not set up an emergency appointment at all so child would be without meds for 3 weeks. No other option and didn't care about my child. Very unfair to her. He also wanted to prescribe a very harsh drug with terrible side effects that could be permanent for some mild anxiety. Doctor didn't care about my concerns and was very arrogant. No longer our doctor.

Except for Charlie, staff is not very friendly or helpful. If you need something special, forget it. Dr Steffek is always overbooked and you wait for hours. He comes off as very arrogant and you should feel privilege to have him as your Dr.

Dr. Steffek is very greedy-- NO OTHER doc has ever wanted so many rechecks. I've gone to other doctors and they have been much more accomodating and have allowed minor tweeks in medication without a new appointment if I was just in the office. NOT Steffek, his whole practice is a total money grab and you have to wait in his office for HOURS (average 2.5) because he overbooks so much. Dr. Steffek loves the $$$$$$$$. OH BTW--- he doesn't accept credit cards because...then he will have to pay the Visa or Mastercard 2% fee that they charge. How sad to love money so much. Charlie (the office staff) is the only thing that makes the visit tolerable.

It takes a while to get in, but he is a very good doctor to go to.
