To the person who wrote that they love the way Dr Stark holds their baby, when that baby is older, you will be dismayed at the way he is trying to hold/examine your child. Promise. If not, shame on you.

Dr. Jared Stark was my pediatrician when I was young. Now I take my three children to him too. He is very knowledgeable, concerned and caring. I trust his diagnosis because he is one of few doctors who is not intimidated by having to send you to a specialist if he does not have the answer to a concern. We love his mannerism and how his office is run.

Dr. Stark has no idea what he is doing. If you were diagnosed properly by him it is likely because he takes no responsibility whatsoever and sends everyone possible ailment to a specialist. If you want a "yes man" who will prescribe antibiotics at the drop of the hat (has many Rx pads preprinted!) and will send you to specialists, then this is your doctor. However, if you want your children to grow to respect and appreciate physicians, and to feel safe in their presence, that's another story all together.

Dr. Stark is our pediatrician of choice. After multiple issues and misdiagnoses from other pediatricians, we will not go anywhere else, even if the distance is inconvenient. No other pediatrician has held our babies or loved them like this man. He treats them like little people, not specimens on a lab table. He has never belittled or trivialized our concerns and he has always been knowledgeable and understandable when explaining things to us. Barb, his nurse, is equally helpful and kind to us and our girls. It's easy to give bad reviews, it's harder to take the time to give good ones. My wife and I are so thankful for the calm assurance he has given us.

Dr. Stark was always attentive and knowledgeable with my two daughters. He was pleasant to me and treated the girls kindly. He treated them from around three years of age until adulthood. The girls were always see if they had a problem.I would recommend him highly.

No words can describe the awful, traumatic experience that my child suffered because of Dr. Stark's complete lack of ability to connect and relate to children. After enduring his absent-minded obsession to his computer where the nurse had to convince him on several occasions to see patients, his own obsessive one-sided conversations about whatever non-medically related topic he chose and his Darth Vader style gibberish that he uses on children, we finally realized that it was getting worse and worse, and never better. We watched this "physician" snap recently and it was terrible to witness. I realized after we left the practice that I never recommended him to anyone I knew - even those who lived near his office. Unconsciously, I didn't want to be associated with him to people for whom I cared. Why I didn't listen to my own gut about him, I'll never know but for goodness sakes, save yourselves the misfortune - there are too many talented physicians in the area!

Absolutely the worst experience I have had at a Pediatrician's office. Dr. Stark was rude and distracted and showed no empathy for my child's illness. I would absolutely never go back to his office again!

Extremely patient, knowledgeable, and caring to my 7 children. As a father to 8 kids himself, he knows firsthand. Staff is great to work with also, always fitting us in TODAY if needed. They have a special door and room for extremely contagious illnesses. He respects that I am into Naturalpathic medicine and don't immunize. Doc even helped me out to the car with 3 very sick kids one day!! He is a God send.
