This is not a reflection on Dr. Grove but on her staff. My daughter went there,newly pregnant with first baby, and the staff was awful. She left the office and made an appointment with another OB/GYN group in Brighton and has never looked back. She felt the staff in Dr. Grove's office could not be bothered with her leaving her to come out into the "nurses' station" with her urine and wait until they finished chatting before asking them to take the speciman. When she looked for them to confirm her pregnancy, she was told "Oh yeah, you're pregnant". When she started asking question, they stopped her telling her she needed to make another appointment to come back and get answers to her questions. Hmmmm............2 weeks later. Kind of an important time period for my grand-daughter's development. Shame on you!!!!
