Some of the receptionists are rude, unprofessional unable to convey the simplest message. The nurses are helpful. The wait is always very long. The level of care just isn't worth dealing with that.

I LOVE Dr Dittrich. He saved my life. I called him with a problem and was told to come in immediately. He did a biopsy and I had Uterine cancer. He made all the arrangements, called the surgeon and set it all up! I had a full hysterectomy Nov 5, 2012 and a week later the surgeon called and said my lymph nodes were clean and they got it all! Sure they have to watch me for five years but Dr Dittrich is credited for saving my life with his quick appointment to see me and setting me up with a great surgeon. I can't thank him or his staff enough! God bless him ( this was all in the Philly office). Thank you Doctor and ALL of his staff especially Nicole. Carole Lisacek

I love the staff! The nurses are so nice and so caring. I was with Dr. Dittrich for 4 years. However, when I got pregnant at 21 he treated me differently. He asked inappropriate questions (such as if I was planning on marrying or getting engaged to my boyfriend) and was acting weird until he met my boyfriend then he acted nice towards him. I went back a week later because I was getting very sick and the nurses acknowledged something was wrong and he said "Yeah that's what happens when you're pregnant." He didn't believe something was wrong until he saw that I lost 5 lbs because of me throwing up. Once again he was rude to me until he saw my boyfriend. I unfortunately lost the baby a few months later and I haven't gone back since.
