The office manager and staff can be very rude. They put $ over long time patients. I was with the 15 and I’ve had enough. I love Tami and it saddens me to leave because of the office staff.

New front staff are doing a great job. I have seen a lot of improvement. The providers have been consistently excellent in spending lots of time with patients and providing great care

Visit itself was ok with the doctor but the service by the staff was horrible. Too many problems to list here. Will look to go elsewhere.

Don't use them! Their billing office is a disaster. They have a credit to our account and we have been unable to recover it from them for several months($100). They are also condescending and rude in their manner (especially Sadia). I made an appointment (twice) specifically to get my blood drawn at their last appointment of the day (because I was coming from Houston). Both times, they sent the nurse who takes blood home before they called me back (there was a 30 minute wait before I was called back). So I had driven an hour to not achieve my primary purpose. Their front office staff is also really rude and unhelpful, and kept trying to charge me for appointments even though I pointed out each time that I had a credit that they owed me. I would not recommend this place.
