I've been a patient of Dr. Terrasson's for the past 20 yrs and had great success. If he or his staff feel I need to seek another doctor they make referral and have me select a dr of my choice.

Excellent staff:)

I too am disappointed that Dr. T has become Affinity. I so enjoyed the Saturday appointments and the early morning. Now it is 8 to 5 M-F....at least I think it is till 5 on Friday. It saved me many hours of work time. I have never been real happy with the office staff and some of the med. assistants, but I do like Dr. T, Cheryl and Shelly. I saw Dr. T once and he was good and I love Shelly and Cheryl. They are both very thorough and very caring and never rush me. Getting prescriptions has always been a hassle but I am sure they are protecting themselves. I too may be looking for a new dr. I have put up the disorganization because of the drs. and flexible schedule and will look for someone with more hours.

Well, after a 10-yr totally satisfied relationship with Dr.Tat and his NPs my husband and I will be finding another doctor. Dr.Tat has sold out his patients to Affinity! No more Saturday appts and no more personal consideration. I called to get a new RX on a allergy nasal spray that I have used every year since beginning with Dr.Tat and now they require an OV to get the refill - that's b.s. - it's not like antibiotics or other serious medication. I shouldn't need an OV to get it when my records show the routine dosage and frequency. So disappointing to loose a great doctor that cared and accommodated patients to a money hungry business oriented medical group! Will miss the personal care.....

I did not see Dr. T at his regular office. He was filling in for my regular doctor, so I cannot comment on his staff or office. However, Dr. T was amazing with my 11 month old baby. He was gentle, kind, and funny with both my kids. I am not one to use antibiotics for just anything and he agreed with me. He gave my daughter a prescription but told me only to use it if she didn't get better in a few days or got worse or if my "mommy alarm" went off and I thought she needed it. I liked that he didn't try to push antibiotics on her immediately. I liked his personality. So, while I have no idea how his staff is, I really liked him.

While the staff is beyond hideous, unprofessional, and downright rude, Dr. T has always been incredibly nice and helpful to me. Cheryl Wirth has also been fantastic to me, but I would not recommend appts with anyone else. One of the other NPs pushed Xanax and antidepressents on me after less than 5 minutes! The Dr T and the NPs also LOVE to give out samples, so if that's important to you, they are the people to go to. Beware of trying to get any test results or talking to anyone on the phone, however - that finally got so bad that I had a fight with Wendy in the waiting room (despite my trying to get her to talk to me elsewhere), and ultimately changed doctors. If you don't care about how the staff treats you, by all means go here, just get appts with Dr T or Cheryl (who definitely can be bloodwork happy). Appts in the morning are generally more punctual than ones in the afternoon, for what it's worth.

Dr. T's office has always been great for me and my family. They get us in when needed and are always attentive.

Dr. T's office is very disorganized and the atmosphere is hostile. The nurses (or assistants) are very rude, do not address you by name and will not give their names. Dr. T is surrounded by an incompetant staff and would do better to serve the community if he let them all go and start over. Cheryl, his head N.P. is devious and maniupulative. She had me come in numerous times for the same type of test (7 times in one year) and then told Dr. T that it was the patients idea. She also changed my medicines and started me at high doses which caused frequent heart palpitations. She also performed an in office bone density test and recorded it under another persons name and birthdate. When I told Dr. T, he said he did not think it was serious??? This office has many problems and I will not go back, nor recommend anyone too until his staff improves.

Dr. T and his staff do not care about the patient. His office manager, Wendy Barton, is the most uncaring of any individual that I have ever met in a doctor's office and I am 55 yrs. old. Another associate, Courtney is on the same level with Wendy. You can not get a message to talk to the doctor because of these two. They have held on to information that was suppose to be fax to my cardiologist and has not been done. They even ignore the calls from the nurse at the cardiologist office. The patient is the one that suffers. They cover their own butts to keep their jobs and never let the doctor get any messages to talk to patients about the situation. At this point I am not sure that the doc cares. Please avoid this office at all costs.

They try to help with sample meds. The staff is great. Dr T. believes in natural medicine also. If you don't need pills he doesn't give them to you.
