My time is very valuable to me and Dr. Vullo has proven to have a total disregard for my time. After waiting 1 1/2 hrs for my initial appointment with Dr. Vullo I expressed my disappointment with how late she was and she assured me it was a fluke. My second appointment was booked as a first of the day to alleviate my concern about the snowball effect of late visits. On the second visit she was only 20 min late and proclaimed that 'it was better than last time' in a matter of fact way. My third appointment was another first appointment of the day and after 1/2 hr I left without seeing the Doctor. To me, I drove for 15 min there + 15 min back + 30 min waiting wasted an hr of my day, MY LIFE. I can't get this time back. Does Dr Vullo know that I have 4 kids and travel for work & I could have used that lost hour to have breakfast w/my family? Probably not but until Dr. Vullo understands that her patients time is just as valuable as her time, her customer service will be a zero.
