The staff is rude and uncaring, you haver to wait hours after your app time to see the dr and when you finally get in she wants to talk and cut up intead of treating you, I ont be going back

I cannot believe someone would prescribe an infant hydrocone, not do anything about their allergic reaction to it, then act like a complete child in front of other patients and scream and yell and act a fool and tell someone they are a horrible parent just because they asked you WHY you prescribed an INFANT narcotics!

Her office staff is rude-- the worst I've seen. They make it next to impossible to get an appointment-- especially if you are new to the community. Dr. Pitts is fabulous, but my husband and I both find her office staff unbearable. We will probably take our family elsewhere for this reason.

The office staff is rude. You usually have a wait time of at least an hour or more after your appointment time, have spent in excess of two hours waiting for the appointment. She does not want to go to certain hospitals in the area. Getting appointments are hard if you need to be seen in a short period of time.

Dr. Pitts was very friendly and spent a lot of time helping me with my problem. Her office staff were also very courteous and helpful. I will definately being going back.
