Dr. PATEL IS ARROGANT &RUDE. Ive never had a GP like him. I have given him the benefit of the doubt and seen him approx. 5 times. I will not be going back EVER! Regarding his staff... The woman who enters referrals is RUDE!! She continously complained to me that she was having to spend too much time doing my paperwork for referrals i needed. She had other things to do. She also complained that I called the office to check on the status of my referrals... Not to see if they were approved. I called to check if she had sent in the paperwork to my insurance company. It took her over 2 weeks. Another doctor i am seeing requested a letter stating some general information. It took a month. I had given them a sample letter. After all of that they wanted to charge me $15 for the letter instead. It must be my mistake but i was under the impression that was her JOB. unbelievable! DO NOT USE THIS DOCTOR
