His nurse, Nurse Alice is the equivalent of “Nurse Wratchet” from One Flew Over the Cookoo’s nest, not very empathetic. Is against pain medication and lacks proper communication skills with poor bedside manner. Dr. Kramer seems to use her as a game, “Good Cop, Bad Cop”.

This was a horrible experience. His manner was terrible and he was completely unhelpful. He didn't look at me, but typed at his computer. He didn't introduce himself. He was rude. I waited months for the appointment, and he did not even give me a diagnosis. He didn't want to talk to me about my medical issue. He mainly said "there's nothing I can do for you". After that, he tried to make sports talk about a team he assumed I liked based on where I was from. I had no interest in that. Just an awful experience. Stay away. I found a new neurologist and really like him.
