You cannot find a better doctor!!! I have a blood clotting disorder that could have created complications with my pregnancy. She went above and beyond to make sure my baby and I were safe and healthy the entire pregnancy. I got a ton of ultrasounds, which is not a common practice by other OBGYNs. Most people I talked to only get 1. Nicole was very friendly and made my husband and I feel very comfortable when we met with her. I ended up in the hospital a couple of times for overnight monitoring and Nicole was always sure to come see me. She fought many battles on my behalf but also took every precaution to make sure we were healthy. I ended up having a serious health event a week after giving birth and Nicole was extremely supportive by spending the extra time talking to my husband and providing her professional medical guidance. She also has a heart of gold because she sees low income and drug addicted patients that other doctors refuse. Nicole is simply the best there is.

One of my friends told me information that she should have not known. She was told the information by a worker there. My friend is here sitting with me as I type this and she received a letter basically saying she was lying. How then, did she know about my problems? I haven't told anyone! I will not be going back to her because my privacy has been taken away from me. Just because my friend refused to give out her friends names and make her friends look bad, they are calling her a liar. I WILL NOT give my money to this woman who does not take my friend's word. I'm saddened, but I should have listened to my friend about going to Carlson, since her information was compromised when the one worker worked at Jameson Hospital.

The waiting room wait is always long as well as the wait after being taken into an exam room. Wasn't too thrilled at how paper-thin the walls apparently are. I was shocked to hear full conversations between the Dr. and another patient and her issues in the room directly beside mine. Kind of unnerving knowing that someone could possibly hear everything that I was saying to the Dr. The biggest problems I've had are a misscheduled appointment and my information accidentally being entered under another patient's file who had the same last name as me. I'm also not pleased with how rushed she seems when she finally comes in the exam room. It's as if she tries to take on too many patients at a time.

Dr. Carlson is by far the best OB/GYN I have ever been to. She takes her time with you and listens to your concerns. She's fun and professional at the same time. Her staff has also been great!

I love Dr Carlson. She treats you more like a friend than a patient. I miscarried 2 years ago and this past December she delivered my beautiful baby girl. She was absolutely amazing through both! She takes time, is thorough, helpful, caring. I recommend her to everyone! She held my hand when I miscarried, she held my daughter after she was born. She is a remarkable doctor!

LOVED DR. CARLSON. I had dr. palumbo for my first child, and dr. carlson for my second. I really like them both. But Dr. Carlson has such an easy mannner and i loved how she always referred to the baby in my baby as "your baby." Shed say, "Your baby looks great!" she talked to me like a friend, not a patient, encouraged my questions, and never made me feel silly when i worried abotu things. I was considered high risk due to a thyroid condition, and she was very thorough in making sure that all of my extra needs and testing was done. I LOVED HER. her delivery room performance was AMAZING. Very professional, but still FUN. As soon as my daughter head showed, i remember doc yelling out, oh my goodness, her eyelashes!! She was sweet, smart, concerned, and i truly trusted myself and my little girl in her hands. I recommend her to everyone.

dr. carlson is by far a blessing to have as a doctor. she has been more compassionate and caring than i could have ever asked for. her office is incredibly quick to respond and always there to help. a great ex. is just today i called bc i was worried from lack of movement of my baby (first child, 20weeks pregnant) her office called me back literally less than a minute from me calling. saw me as soon as i got there, and she rushed straight to the ultra sound to put me at ease. she then told me she would rather me come in and let her check than for me to worry. she then scheduled me to come back a week later just to reassure me my baby was ok. she has absolute amazing bedside manner and truly is a blessing to have as a doctor. i feel i really can not praise her enough and there really should be more doctors out there like her. she will most definitely be my ob/gyn forever! she is amazing! anyone looking for a doctor will not be disappointed w/ her!!!

I love DR. Carlson! She delivered my son on april 12th 201l. I actually really miss her and her staff. She listened to every concern i had. gave me lots of tests if i was worried, a lot of ultrasounds. Best Baby Dr. in New Castle~

Dr Carlson does not have the time that she really needs to give patients. She is overworked and so is her staff. She does not fully listen to concerns. I would not reccomend her. It takes her staff 4 days to give you lab results. Imagine that in this day of age that they use every excuse that it takes that long. Courier service was the last excuse that I heard.
