Dr Harper completely botched my implants and then left the country and sold his practice without any communication. He promised me a refund and free work to fix the mess he caused, then cancelled my follow up appointment and was nowhere to be found.
With more knowledge, I had no chance of successful implants the way he did it. No bone grafting before, no antibiotics or anti-inflammatories prescribed after. I ended up with a bone infection and was in the worst pain of my life for weeks. If he is still practicing, wherever he is, STAY AWAY. I ended up getting a measly refund and decided to cut my losses and find a new surgeon. He should lose his license. A complete scam artist.

Dr Harper didn't like it when I asked questions about the insurance coverage and their estimate of costs/payments. Came out of the back confrontational and belligerent. Accused me of trying to tell his assistant how to do her job. Refused to treat me.

Be careful trusting this guy. Took a friends advice and had him perform surgery, worst mistake. He was very smug and egotistical about everything.
