The office staff is very friendly and professional. Dr Droter is extremely knowledgeable and I highly recommend him.

Dr. Droter was recommended to me by a friend. His staff was able to work me in last minute before a vacation. I was out of contacts and they were so nice to give me free trials since my boxes would not be in by the time I left for the beach. They explained my insurance benefits to me really well so that I knew exactly what was covered and what wasn't. Dr. Droter was very knowledgeable and was really in depth with my contact lens options. I really enjoyed his whole office and will be sending my entire family to him now.

Dr. Droter was very thorough but his staff was extremely unfriendly. I wouldn't recommend it - there are plenty of other eye docs out there with better, more supportive staff.

Over charged service: Regular Eye exam $165.00, Contact Lens Services $80.00, also included a hidden fee $35.00 that was not explained to the pt at the time of exam. When I asked the explanation of charged item, Cheryl who is the insurance coordinator states that Dr. Droter's office can charge extra fee without explaining to the pt. What a way to run the business!
