By far the worst physician I have ever met in terms of showing care and spending time to explain. he wanted me in and out of there in less than 5 minutes and that's exactly what happened. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Never even made it there because the receptionist was so rude! I was referred to Dr. Dickey for a severe sore throat I've had on and off for 2 months. They couldn't get me in until next week. I asked if my sore throat was gone by then if I should still come in or if it would be a waist of time. Receptionist said, "That's your call. I can't tell you what to do. We could get sued." She was so rude that I called another ENT and the receptionist was so sweet, helpful with great phone manners and I booked an appt. Dr. Dickey's receptionist needs a vacation or needs to get a new job! Terrible with the public.

When problems came up with the surg. he did he would not clarify that and just brushed me off. I called to try to discuss with him and his staff would not talk to me either. He started out good, but because of mistakes made I now have 70% hearing loss when I started with 15%

Dr. Dickey has performed surgery on both our children and also treated my wife. I recommend him without hesitation.

Minimal waiting for both my initial visit and my follow-up visit after surgery. I feel Dr. Dickey is very knowledgeable, and was very willing to give me all the time I needed to ask questions after he thoroughly explained the surgery (both before and after my surgery. I would recommend him to anyone without hesitation.

Dr. Dickey performed my sinus surgery in 2007. I had chronic sinus infections & a deviated septum. I cried when I was told that I needed the dreaded sinus surgery. I would do it again in a minute. Dr. Dickey did such a fabulous job, it truly changed my life. I recommend him & his office to everyone I see using a tissue!

I am very cautious about how to prevent surprise high payments. However, Dr. Dickey told me he wanted to look up my nose to see if he could see if my septum was deviated. So there in his office, with those words, he sprayed nasal lidocaine and stuck a probe up my nostril for about 5 seconds. Later I received a bill for "Outpatient surgery" for $150.00 copay. At no time, and in no way did anyone warn me that this was considered surgical. When I called billing, they LAUGHED and said that they GET THIS QUESTION ALL THE TIME and that this is how they have to code it to insurance and that is what the insurance contracted rate is. When I later informed billing for their records that I am not yet paying because my insurance company is requesting records to look into this code and if it is an accurate coding practice, they laughed again and said ok. A few weeks later, I got a letter in the mail telling me that if I didn't pay immediately, I would be sent to collections. So BE CAREFUL!

I have Wegener's Granulomatosis and the first appointment I had with him proved to me just how good he is! Extremely knowledgeable and detail oriented anis what someone like me needs! His technique is way more advanced than colleagues his age. I'm confident in his ability and I know he won't miss a beat! He's got my vote..
