Dr Allen has always gone out of her way to make sure I am taken care of. She is very up front and makes you feel that you can be that way with her. When it was difficult to get appointments with the Dr shortage we had and she learn of a long wait to get in ,she addressed it right away. She makes sure if there are issues that she finds the complete answer to your issue. I’ve had Drs say everything is fine then went to a different Dr to find out I had to have surgery. I leave Dr Allen’s office confident I am healthy or am being treated to figure out what is not ok. I have had some nightmares from some other Drs that would make your hair stand on end. Dr Allen is fabulous even when you can tell the OBGYN duties had been hectic. If you are seeing an OBGYN you have to know your appointment may get cancelled, babies don’t wait for you to have your appointment to call the Dr away. The wait there is much less than offices 20-30 years ago. She is a Great Dr all the way around

Dr Allen scheduled my wife and I twice for induction because of colestasis. She didn't follow up either time, and sent us home. Seriously one of the worst doctors in the greater Kalamazoo area.

She is a terrific doctor that spends the time to figure out the problem & to work toward a solution. She is very humble & kind with all patients. The one drawback is that she is forever behind schedule however since she spends as much time as needed with each patient running late is understandable. I'm not one to trust ANY doctors but Dr. Allen has earned my respect & seen to my health care for over 13 years. I'd highly recommend her to those looking for a caring & compotent doctor. However, if you are a hypochondriac looking for someone to coddle you & blindly provide you with narcotics she's not your gal.

Dr. Tempest Allen has saved my life multiple times during or after deliveries. Her kindness and compassion is evident as soon as she enters a room. She is by far the BEST doctor I have ever had. Her presence alone reduces my stress level in emergency situations because I have complete faith in her! Her top-knotch surgical knowledge and skills, combined with her caring bedside manner, make me wish I could see her for everything. I have never had a Doctor so willing to listen and discuss all the options. Her schedule is so busy, and yet, I have never been rushed. She takes her time with each patient, no matter how busy she is. She is thorough, but allows her patients to make their own health care decisions, as much as they possibly can. She takes health care very seriously, and doesn't ignore problems or symptoms. I have felt in the past that some of my prenatal/delivery issues were overlooked with other health care providers, because I am a very healthy person, but Dr. Allen has always been cautious and taken my care very seriously, which making me feel at ease and comforted. I could go on about her forever. She is an amazing doctor and I have no doubt she will continue to do amazing things in and for the lives of her patients. I love her!

I just love Dr. Allen! She recently delivered my third child via cs and took both our lives into consideration. Only ine who listened to me! She has been there by my side and made sure to follow up with me during my pregnancy. She says im amazing but she truly is!! So glad to have the experience I did with her. She made sure I was taken care of right!

Dr. Allen is amazing! She takes as much time as you need with her. Even with her busy schedule, she has never made me feel rushed and explains things very well. I've never felt like "just another patient. " I wish I could see her for everything! I would highly recommend her to anyone!

Dr. Allen was the best doctor I have ever had. Her knowledge and surgical skills saved my life. She treated as if I were her own family. She told me I was her new favorite hero....by far she is definitely a hero to myself and my loved ones. I will always be grateful to her her staff, for my life!

Dr. Allen is one of the rudest doctors I have ever encountered. In my last appointment she reduced herself to calling me names when I got upset. She read wrong information from my chart and when I tried to correct her she walked out on my appointment! In addition to Dr. Allen’s mood swings, the office seems to be run by … well no one! Any time I call, no one in the office or the nurses seems to know what’s going on. It would take days before someone would call a prescription into my pharmacy (only after I had called them several times to find out why it’s taking so long). If it’s anything above your normal pap smear, then she is completely lost on what to do. I have issues with infertility and Dr. Allen was so insensitive and belittling, I wouldn’t even send my worst enemy to her. She even refers to herself as the “Crazy Doctor”. That should be a red flag right there. I will never return to this office.

She has no concern for the health of patients. Only hears whar she wants to. Very bold and rude to myself and my family. Will not go back or recomend her to anyone. Should not be in healthcare.
