Dr. Sudhakaran is great; explains well and cares about your health. The staff, however, are horrible. They do not return phone calls or communicate health questions and concerns to/from the doctor well.
I took physical therapy for my back and the staff would not fax back the signed report from the doctor. The doctor signed and approved therapy, but the staff did not fax to the therapist. I called multiple times and even went in person to obtain the copy. Nothing was done. After 2 months of requesting the signed report, I had to stop going to physical therapy. I switched doctors just because of the staff.

I would avoid this doctor. You'll have a million visits solely to collect copays. The staff didn't even take my blood pressure correctly. I was diagnosed with diabetes last and chose this doctor as a requirement from my insurance company. It starts with a "new patient" exam, which is a physical - and... copay. They took blood and sent it to the wrong lab, costing me another $150. Then they asked me to come back the following week for more blood (I only gave blood - only $75 this time + copay), then asked me to come back the following week for my "physical" (copay). Then they asked me to come back again in 2 weeks for a "diabetic physical" (copay + $25 that the insurance wouldn't cover because of how it was coded). Then they asked me to come back in 2 weeks for a "follow up". At this point I decided this place is a scam. Now I just go to the VA Clinic in Tomball. The latest bill I just received on 10/12 - from a visit on 6/24. Unreal. United Healthcare lists this doctor as costing "Above Average". In May when I was researching a PCP the practice was "Below Average" cost. I guess I'm not the only one getting gouged!!

Her staff is horible. I have cancer and, having been on the phone all day with doctors and having spent the morning in a surgeon's office I called Dr. Sudhakaran's office to ask them to fax a copy of my bloodwork to a hospital. I was put on hold multiple times, they could not find the report and I was given a lecture on how they needed 24 hour notice to send a fax! When I requested the staff person to not lecture me in this fashion she hung up on me. The doctor is great -- the staff are lazy and worthless.
