I just had my third child but it was my first time to use Dr Bruce. She answered all of my questions and usually took her time with me. On one appt, I had to wait a really long time (b/c she was delivering a baby) but most of the time, I was called back within 15 minutes.

I waited an hour and a half after a scheduled appointment to be seen by Dr. Bruce on to be rushed out the door she did not listen to any of my concerns and on the next appointment she did not know I was anemic .I told her all my symptoms and asked her to go over my test results with me and thats when she saw I failed the glucose test and was anemic . I would have changed doctors but we are at the end . But I don't plan to use her anymore for future pregancies and I would not recommend her to anyone.

I had to leave her because she was at least 2 hours late for every appointment, never had more than 5 minutes to talk to me and if I told her I was not feeling well, carrying twin boys, she would send me to another doctor for a second opinion. A total waste of my time. I am 26 weeks pregnant and had to look for another doctor because of her unfriendliness, and total lack of care.

Dr.Bruce has delivered three of my daughters children. She is so sweet & caring. We love her. I've seen her myself and was amazed at how much time she took to talk to me. She genuinely seemed to care about me and what I was saying. I didn't feel rushed at all. I would highly recommend her to anyone, young or old.

I have been to the office three times and have waited for nearly an hour after my appt. time.

Had a problem with the Staff and her office and contacted her about my problem with her staff and the person she said would contact me about this problem NEVER returned my call.
