She seems to be a very intelligent woman, but very insensitive about a lot of troubling issues for me. I was not a fan of the way she spoke and disregarded how I felt. She was more “logical” then empathetic and listening to the issues I’ve dealt with. I would not suggest this women to anyone..

Susan Rubman is very nice and effective but the billing process is upsetting. I keep receiving bills for the same visit...eight months after the visit. I was also billed as an "out-patient" for an astronomical amount. Had I known, I would not have come. Hartford healthcare group is very very deceptive. Emails are not answers and more bills are coming with no explanations. Never again.
