I wish I could give less than 1 star. Horrible experience with Dr. Klotz and his staff. Apparently, they only give you the time of day when you agree with him and go along with his misdiagnosis. After going in for pain and inflammation lasting over 6 months, he diagnosed me with a drug allergy from an anti-inflammatory that I had taken for 1.5 days 6 months prior to that appointment. Ummm, no doc, that's about the most ridiculous diagnosis and anyone with any common sense at all will tell you that increasing swelling NOW is not a result of a very small amount of something that was taken 6 months ago. So when I keep pushing, trying to figure out the real problem and ask for more tests, he refuses, telling me that we don't have a diagnosis. Yea, because that's what we are trying to figure out. So I gave up on him and went elsewhere to get tests run. That doctor didn't know what it was either, but the tests gave me enough info for me to figure what it is, and it's a VERY rare condition that I don't expect any doctor locally to know anything about it. Turns out I need a referral to an endocrinologist for confirmation and they won't take it from anyone but my primary care physician so that they can get the records, which there's not going to be anything in that file about this condition so it's pretty pointless anyway, but they won't make an appointment without it. So I request the referral from Klotz's office. Currently it has been over two weeks after they finally agreed to do it, and they STILL have not processed the referral. I even called 2.5 days ago and left a message for the person that was supposed to handle that paperwork and I have yet to receive a return phone call. I'm not after medication (this condition doesn't even have a drug treatment), I just want an accurate diagnosis so that I can know how to live my life and know what I can and can't consume. But this doctor and his staff are only responsive if you are a good little, non-inquisitive patient who has no interest in getting to the truth about their health.

Horrible experience. Dr Klotz needs his license revoked. I have never been treated badly by a physician. I have degenerative disk disease and he acted as if taking medicine for this is a crime and I'm a drug addict for taking tramadol that is prescribed to me. On top of making me cry because of how badly he also misdiagnosed me with MRSA. I just had a benign neurofibroma removed and said it was infected. After going to the physician that performed the surgery later that day I found our it is not infected at all. Dr Klotz is anot awful doctor and I will never go back.

Dr. Klotz seems like a nice Christian and I like him as a person. But he will prescribe everything but what you actually need. I have had surgery and am disabled with chronic pain. I take very little pain medication but he treats me like I'm an addict. My pharmacist confirmed with me that I take very little medication and I resent being treated like a criminal. Only a person with chronic pain and suffering may be able to understand, but a doctor should be able to understand too! If you can be cured with ibuprofen, then he is a good doctor. If you need anything stronger than that, he is the worst doctor. I am looking for a more compassionate doctor but I hope this helps you make your choice.

Worst Doctor I ever went too. If you mention that you are in pain, then you are automatically a Drug Addict. If you are running a fever you will sit in his waiting room for more than 2 - 3 hours to be seen. You are better off at Urgent Care, at least if you have the FLU you will know that day. He will make you drive to the hospital to be tested. Do not see this Doctor, unless you don't mind being miss treated and miss diagnosed.

The staff is always treating me badly, I don't know what it is but they are cold, and not really caring. It's not just once event, its every single time, without fail. I always feel like cattle. Wait time is up to an hour. Despite all this, I keep putting up with it because the doctor is nice, gives me time to address all concerns I have, and seems knowledgeable. The staff and the system though, if 1 is labelled the worst, they need a -5.

His nurse isn't overly friendly, but gets the job done. My appt was first of the day so he was on time. My husband went a little later and had to wait a while. Dr. Klotz definitely spends time with you, but WAY too much time. He told story after story about his life, family, movies, things in the news, etc. etc. etc. Most were sexually inappropriate for him to be telling me, alone in a room with him for over an hour, and just creepy. He is knowledgeable I suppose, but I won't be going back because of the weird feeling I had the whole time I was there. Very unprofessional.

Dr. Klotz' nurse is rather rude every time I go in, like she is having a bad day. She makes me feel uncomfortable. Dr. Klotz himself is kind of creepy and makes me uncomfortable in a way, but he does know what he's talking about. To a fault almost. He philosophizes in front of you about the possible ailments you have and it is unsettling to hear him muse about how you may have gallbladder problems, when in fact, it is digestive issues. HOWEVER, my main issue with him is that he tries to give you medicine for everything under the sun. I had a few asthma attacks when I was an infant and he attempted to prescribe me Advair despite the fact that I haven't had an asthma attack ever in my adult life. I do continue to go to him but I have to defend myself against the many medications he attempts to prescribe me. If you go to him, be wary of this - other than those things, he's a good doctor.

Doctor is friendly and knowledgable, but he kind of creeps me out. Also, it takes quite awhile before they call you back to the patient room and for him to see you.
