I'm a new patient a d extremely satisfied with the level of care and thoughtfulness I received by every staff member. Obviously, the staff members have been highly trained in patient care and comfort.

I wish I could put into words what a compassionate and caring dentist Dr. Arnold is. We make the trip from Mobile , Al to Columbus just for my family to be seen by him. It is beyond worth the trip. He is extremely knowledgable, patient and kind. You can't go wrong with him!

I have Bcbs/Al and Dr Arnold listed as an network provider, my entire family saw Dr Arnold. I was advised after my visit they dont take my insurance, what got me why want to after my visit and the same person that check us in also check us out so she was aware they didnt take bcbs/Al. thats they way of collecting more money.

Amazing bed side manner and great work. The staff is amazing and make you feel welcome. Anne is my hygienist and is great at what she does.

I LOVE this dentist! I would NEVER go to another dentist until he retires which is hopefully a long time from now!
