On 1/7/21 I was told by a tech to give urine for a urinalysis. I said, I didn't need one. I was told I did. I complied because the Dr knows more than I do. When I saw Dr. Weld, I asked had he ordered a urinalysis. He said, "No." I said, "They took one, so cancel it, because I don't want to pay for it." He said, "We are a urology clinic, that's what we do." I said, "But you just said you didn't order one. AND I don't want to pay for something I don't need." He said (and THIS is my problem), "It's only two dollars, I will pay for it." I said, "In that case, fine." But he didn't pay & I received a bill later, not for $2 but for $15. I complained and eventually Dr Weld called me at home and blamed "Billing." Then said he would get them to remove it. Later I received the bill. It was STILL there. He refuses to reimburse me. 1. He LIED (in his office) by saying he would pay. 2. He LIED on the phone when he said billing would remove it. 3. He LIED when he said it was $2. I want my $15 back.
