My experience with Dr. Hirsch was by far the worst experience I have ever had with a doctor . He was condescending and arrogant. Every time I asked a question he would respond sarcastically .He was unclear on how to use certain meds that he prescribed to me and became indignant that I took orders from the pharmacist instead ,which happened to be wrong orders according to him . Instead of acknowledging his lack of details ,he blamed me.I also do not use the term racist loosely nor am I calling him a racist but it was clear that my nationality played a role with how he spoke to me . He asked for my nationality and I told him and he casually kept referring me to another nationality in which I had to correct him . My visit with him was mainly him gloating on how healthy he was and how my health was deteriorating . I believe he lacks compassion and cultural sensitivity. If he saw patients as equal humans and not as inferior to him his interactions would be better . I would not recommend.

I've sent emails and calls to the office 3+ times about wanting an appointment and no one has ever contacted me back. I'm glad I've read the reviews as I'm in a mental state where I couldn't handle a narcissist for a doctor.

I went to this Doctor and several of my friends have as well. EVERYONE gets the same diagnosis and the same medications. He tells everyone they have PCOS. Every woman is prescribed with Metformin, DHEA, thyroid medication, Progesterone, Testosterone cream and some other vitamins like B12. He's actually a really rude man and I'm surprised his business is still open.

Don't let this small, quiet man fool you. His ego is larger than life. And don't ask any questions, he views this as an insult to his intellect and becomes very defensive and verbally abusive.

Dr. Hirsch told me I had PCOS and he told me I had low testosterone. He prescribed testosterone and treatment for PCOS. I did a little research and found that the two cannot be - by definition PCOS is high testosterone. I questioned this and he got mad and insisted on treating for PCOS. I have since discovered that he is board certified in otolaryngology - ear, nose & throat guy... should have checked that first... but I was interested in the bioidentical so it kept me from doing all the checking I should have.

I have been struggling with PCOS for years....I googled and found this guy and decided to give him a shot. He seemed very knowledgeable at the time, but was VERY outspoken and rude about his other larger patients... He told me several stories that made him sound very cruel. I disregarded this because he immediately prescribed me the medications I had read about- which immediately worked. I've lost 50 pounds...but I have switched doctors because it is wet stressful going to see him. I am always there for hours talking about irrelevant things..mostly about other people. The last straw for me was his immaturity and unprofessional attitude, he hasn't even noticed I've left. A man who claimed to be so interested in my health and well being hasn't even called or texted, when he would call/text nonstop and be very offended if I didn't answer right away. I've now realized that he talked himself up a little too big...save your tile and money and go get an endocrinologist or a gynecologist..

The worst doctor ever. Stay way from this guy. All he wants is your money and an audience to tell you how great he is. Learn from my mistake and don't get taken!

This Dr. is rude, he takes too long. If you go plan on taking 3 to 4 hours to see him. Good luck.
