I recently had an eye trauma and was scheduled for a follow up with Dr. Haney-Tilton. She has absolutely no bed side manner. She did not introduce herself or take the time to listen to my questions and concerns. I left the appointment with hardly any questions answered and do not trust her opinion. I would not recommend her at any costs.

Nkw works in worcester. Had an appointment with her because my doctoer wanted another opinion. My doctor already warned me she was not a talker. She wouldnt let me explain anything to her. She was efficient but very unpersonable. Would not reccomend her at all. My problems had history behind them and she did not listen. When i left she had her back turned away from me when she thanked me for coming.

I had an appointment at 2:50pm and drove to the MetroWest Medical building. Left in plenty of time, but got stuck behind a school bus. Drove to second driveway as instructed. Drove around the parking lot four times. Absoultely no parking available. Went to front of building, there is Valet Parking. No one mentioned that! Went up to office, the Dr. Jo-Ann E Haney-Tilton greeted me with "You are 11 minutes late. I am leaving" WHAT!!!! Appauled, I said I was here on time, even though I was stuck behind a school bus 3/4 of my ride. And then explained I drove around the parking lot..... She said "You are 11 minutes late and I am leaving." I walked out of the office upset and angry because I had to leave work as there are no evening hours available until the the middle of December and I am having problems with my vision. How many times have you sat in a Dr.s office waiting for them? From my short observation she was very uncaring and it was all about her.
