He made my dentures that only lasted about 4 years. Then when I went for my 12 month adjustment he broke my dentures and didn't tell me. I assumed this was how they did a adjustment (this was my 1st time having dentures). Then 4 yrs. later they broke in a different place while I was eating pizza. So I went to Mr. Washington and he denied having any record of having repaired my dentures. Then accused me of taking them to another dentist to get worked on. I swore to him I have never broke my dentures until I ate the pizza 4 yrs. later. If I had broke my teeth before WHY would I take them to another dentist to get fixed instead like I did when I actually broke them I went back to one who made them. Also until then I had no idea a dentist could work on dentures that he did not make. That was the most horrible experience I have ever had in a physician's office. I was shocked to be talked to this way. By the way I new dentures a 1/4 of the cost of what I paid Mr. Washington.
