I took my elderly mother to see Dr. D'Alterio. She had fallen and hit her face and eye. My mother has a slew of medical conditions and anxiety issues. Her appt. was at 2:30pm ..we waited at least 45 min or longer to get into a room. By the time the doctor actually walked in it was about 4pm. After he administered drops she had to sit outside the examining rooms. I noticed that at least 5 more patients came into the rooms and of course the doctor was jumping from one room to another. We still sat there waiting. After 45 minutes I got up and asked the assistant how much longer. My mother was starting to get very anxious and was beginning to get bad headache. She put us in a room and told us that he would be with us soon. We sat in the room till about 4:30pm. My poor father was waiting for us and he started getting upset and confronted the Doctor who assured him that my mother was next. We waited another 15 minutes and walked out. I confronted a young receptionist and told her that it was ludicrous to keep an elderly sick person waiting that long! We are all patients in this office, but we will never go there again! There is no more compassion or conscience in these doctor offices. God help us all.

Great Doctor!! Best eye doctor I have ever seen. Very knowledgeable and very friendly. I highly recommend. Whole family sees him.
