Dr. Etemadi has the good sense and great empathy to administer the anesthetic (the much-feared NEEDLE that keeps many from seeing a dentist) GRADUALLY, AND SLOWLY. This results in a much reduced and perfectly acceptable level of discomfort at this point in the treatment.
