He has little to no knowledge of the end of life stage of lung issues. He has a very poor bedside manner. His only focus is to move the patients out of his office.

He is caring and very knowledgeable. He could be misunderstood as a little intimidating, but the patient just needs to ask questions. He's gone out of his way to help me.
