the problems i have had is not only getting a message to the doctor when there was a medical problem but getting through to this doctors staff that i needed my problems resolved asap with out having to go through the er and that added expence and extra time and having to explane my problem all over again to another doctor i was told if i needed a rx just to call the office this is just one of the problems i have had i also after my first office visit i was just another number no eye contact no smiles from the staff the thing i have put my finger on is that the doctor may be good at what she does but she really doesent run her office because your only as good as the people you work with when you call the office about a problem an meet the same dead end every time thats a team problem which reflectes on the doctor in the end resust

I was a little scared as I had not been to a doctor in a long time, but Dr Trinh and her staff was very nice.
