Dr. Sastry is an excellent doctor. My husband and I have been seeing him for a few years and have total faith in his knowledge and care.

I have been a patient of Dr. Sastry's for a long time. I had an appoint for my wife and I in July 2011 but illness caused me to cancel. I am diabetic and did neglect my eye exams but when I attempted to make an appointment with the Dr. today, I was told that I haven't seen him since 2007 and I should go see the doctor I've been seeing. Well I haven't seen any doctor since (my fault) and informed the recptionist there. She said she'd get back to me. She never did. I was shocked at this. Sastry made a mistake and didn't even have the courtesy or professionalism to apologize instead choosing to hide behind his staff. For years I gave good recommendations to my friends. How petty !. He jumped to a wrong conclusion without having the facts to back his conclusion. I wonder if he now does this in his medical practice.

Dr. Sastry is an excellent doctor. He's very knowledgeable and friendly. I never feel rushed.
