Poor communication skills coupled with a higher than usual desire to prescribe intrusive lab tests. She ordered a completely unneeded and unsubstantiated test for our baby that turned out to be very expensive, painful and completely unnecessary (lab results showed normal results). She then reached out to us in the middle of night to ask whether we have done the test, which is completely out of the norm unless it's an emergency situation. The following visit, she tried to prescribe another test to which my wife and I were able to convince her that it is not necessary. Your baby deserve better care; stay away from RKR!
